RIZZ AI offers a free tier that lets you try the app with 2 AI-generated messages so you can experience the quality of suggestions before committing. After you've used your free messages, a subscription is required to unlock unlimited access to all features including conversation openers, the chat assistant, bio generation, photo tips, and dating advice.

You can subscribe directly within the app through the Apple App Store. After your 2 free messages, the app will prompt you to choose a subscription plan. Your subscription unlocks:

• Unlimited AI-generated conversation openers
• Unlimited chat reply suggestions
• Unlimited bio generation
• Full access to photo tips and dating advice

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Since subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store, you manage them through your Apple ID settings. Here is how:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Tap your name at the top of the screen.
• Tap Subscriptions.
• Find and tap RIZZ AI in the list.
• From here you can change your plan or tap Cancel Subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to premium features until then. RIZZ AI cannot process refunds directly — for refund requests, please contact Apple Support.

Yes. If you switch to a new iPhone or reinstall the app, your subscription can be restored automatically. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase, then open RIZZ AI and tap "Restore Purchases" on the subscription screen. Your premium access will be reactivated immediately at no extra charge.

Your privacy is a top priority. RIZZ AI is designed to minimize data collection:

• Conversations are not stored permanently. The text you provide for analysis is sent to our AI service to generate suggestions and is not retained on our servers after the response is delivered.
• No dating profiles are saved. We do not store screenshots or profile content you share with the assistant.
• No selling of data. Your personal information is never sold to third parties.
• Minimal account data. We only collect what is necessary to manage your subscription and deliver the service.

You provide context by typing a description or pasting text, and the AI generates suggestions based solely on what you share. RIZZ AI has no ability to read your messages, view your matches, or interact with dating platforms on your behalf.

If RIZZ AI is not generating responses, try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Check your internet connection. The AI requires an active internet connection to generate suggestions.
• Verify your free messages. If you are on the free tier, you may have used your 2 complimentary messages. Subscribe to unlock unlimited access.
• Update the app. Make sure you are running the latest version from the App Store.
• Restart the app. Force-close RIZZ AI and reopen it.
• Restart your device. A device restart can resolve temporary glitches.
