Osman Demiroz ("we," "us," or "our") built the RIZZ AI: Dating Assistant Plug application (the "App") as a commercial iOS application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed with a privacy-first approach: we do not require account creation, we do not collect email addresses, and we do not share your data with third-party advertisers or analytics providers.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Device Identifier

When you first launch the App, we generate a random, anonymous device identifier and store it securely in your device's iOS Keychain. This identifier is used solely to track your free-tier message usage count. It is not linked to your name, email address, Apple ID, or any other personally identifiable information. Because the Keychain persists across app reinstalls, this identifier allows us to maintain an accurate count of your free-tier usage even if you delete and reinstall the App.

1.2 Usage Count

We store a numeric count of the AI-generated messages you have used under the free tier. This count is stored locally in your device's iOS Keychain. It is used exclusively to enforce free-tier usage limits and is not transmitted to any external server for tracking or profiling purposes.

1.3 User Preferences

To personalize your experience, the App may ask you to provide certain optional preferences, including:

• Your first name or nickname
• Your current dating situation (e.g., single, newly dating)
• Your preferred communication style (e.g., flirty, casual, witty)
• Your dating and relationship goals

These preferences are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. They are used to tailor AI-generated suggestions to your personal context. This data never leaves your device except when included as context in requests to our AI service provider to generate personalized responses (see Section 4).

1.4 Conversation Context

When you use the App to generate conversation starters, dating profile bios, or dating tips, the text prompts and any contextual information you provide may be sent to our AI service provider for processing. We do not permanently store the content of these requests on our servers. The AI service provider processes your request and returns a generated response; please refer to Section 4 for more information on third-party data processing.

1.5 Information We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your email address or require account creation
• We do not collect your real name, phone number, or physical address
• We do not collect precise or coarse location data
• We do not collect photos, contacts, or calendar information
• We do not use advertising identifiers (IDFA) or advertising SDKs
• We do not integrate third-party analytics or tracking frameworks
• We do not collect browsing history or data from other apps
• We do not create advertising profiles or user behavior profiles

2. How We Use Your Information

The limited information described above is used for the following purposes:

• Providing Core App Functionality: Your preferences and conversation context are used to generate personalized AI-powered conversation starters, dating profile bios, and dating tips tailored to your situation.
• Enforcing Free-Tier Limits: The anonymous device identifier and usage count stored in your Keychain are used to track how many free AI-generated messages you have used, ensuring fair usage across all users.
• Personalizing Your Experience: Your locally stored preferences (name, dating situation, communication style, goals) allow the App to produce more relevant and helpful suggestions without requiring you to re-enter this information each time.
• Processing Subscriptions: If you choose to subscribe to a premium plan, Apple's StoreKit 2 framework handles all payment processing. We receive confirmation of your subscription status but never access your payment details.

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, data brokering, or any purpose unrelated to the core functionality of the App.

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

The vast majority of your data remains on your device at all times:

• iOS Keychain: Your anonymous device identifier and free-tier usage count are stored in the iOS Keychain, which is Apple's encrypted, hardware-backed secure storage system. Keychain data is protected by the device passcode and Secure Enclave, and is not included in unencrypted device backups.
• UserDefaults: Your personalization preferences (name, dating situation, communication style, goals) are stored in iOS UserDefaults, which resides in the App's sandboxed storage area. This data is accessible only to the App and is protected by iOS app sandboxing.

3.2 Data in Transit

When AI-generated content is requested, conversation context and relevant preferences are transmitted to our AI service provider over encrypted HTTPS connections using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols. We do not transmit data over unencrypted channels.

3.3 No Server-Side User Database

We do not maintain a server-side database of user profiles, accounts, or personal information. There is no user account system, and we do not store your data on our servers beyond what is necessary for real-time AI request processing.

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 AI Service Providers

To generate conversation starters, dating profile bios, and dating tips, the App sends your prompts and relevant context to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process your request in real time and return the generated content. We select AI providers that maintain strong data protection practices. The content sent to AI providers may include:

• The text prompt or question you submit
• Your preferences (name, dating situation, communication style, goals) to personalize the response
• Any additional conversation context you choose to provide

We encourage you to avoid including highly sensitive personal information (such as full legal names, addresses, financial information, or health data) in your prompts, as this data will be transmitted to the AI service provider for processing.

4.2 Apple Services

The App uses the following Apple platform services:

• StoreKit 2 (In-App Purchases): All subscription and payment processing is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never receive, process, or store your credit card number, billing address, or other financial information. Apple's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled. We only receive transaction confirmation and subscription status information from Apple.
• iOS Keychain Services: Used for secure local storage of your anonymous device identifier and usage count, as described in Section 3.1.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17. The App's content relates to dating and romantic communication, which is intended for an adult audience.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us at the email address provided below, and we will take prompt steps to delete any such information.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 17, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from any systems under our control.

6. Data Retention

6.1 On-Device Data

Data stored on your device (Keychain entries and UserDefaults preferences) persists for as long as the App is installed on your device, or until you manually clear it. Keychain data may persist even after the App is uninstalled, due to the nature of iOS Keychain storage. You can remove Keychain data by resetting your device or by using device management settings.

6.2 AI Processing Data

Conversation prompts and context sent to AI service providers for processing are handled according to those providers' respective data retention policies. We do not independently retain copies of your AI processing requests on our own servers.

6.3 Subscription Data

Subscription status information provided by Apple through StoreKit 2 is used in real time to determine your access level and is not stored in a persistent user database on our servers.

7. Your Rights and Choices

Because we employ a privacy-first, minimal-data approach, you have significant control over your information:

• Delete Preferences: You can delete your locally stored preferences at any time by uninstalling the App. UserDefaults data is removed when the App is deleted from your device.
• Reset Keychain Data: While iOS Keychain data may persist after uninstallation, you can clear it by performing a device reset or contacting us for guidance on removing specific Keychain entries.
• Opt Out of Personalization: You are not required to provide any preferences. The App will function without personalization data, though suggestions may be less tailored to your situation.
• Manage Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings in the iOS Settings app or through the App Store.
• Request Information: You may contact us at any time to ask what data we have associated with your usage. Given our minimal collection practices, this will be limited to the information described in this policy.

If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, California, or another jurisdiction that grants specific data protection rights, you may have additional rights under applicable law, including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and the right to object to or restrict certain processing. 8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page and publish the revised policy within the App or on our website.

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the App after the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If we make material changes that significantly affect how we handle your personal information, we will provide a more prominent notice, such as an in-app notification.
